FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What standards do you value under?

IPEV for private equity; AASB 13 / IFRS 13 for fair value; AASB 9 / IFRS 9 for expected credit losses. Valuation date and report date are always the same date.

What assets do you cover?

PE fund positions and directs, and private credit in most forms, including structured and Islamic-finance facilities.

Monthly or quarterly?

Whichever matches your reporting. Each cycle is revalued to current market data.

What do you need from us?

Deal documents once, then each cycle's financials or investor updates. We source all market data ourselves.

Do you replace our auditor?

No. We produce the independent valuation and evidence file your auditor reviews.

How is it priced?

A per-position, per-cycle fee agreed up front. No hourly billing.
